step2:

remove your battery (note the exact time of the battery removal)

after exactely 24 hours, insert your battery back to your phone

step 5:
send reset to 131, after that send 106 to 131, or 103 to 131

LEARN HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR ZTE MODEM FROM ETISALAT, AIRTEL, GLO & MTN FREE

It is relatively easy to unlock ZTE Modems from network providers (MTN, Airtel, Etisalat and Glo) in Nigeria these days. When all these network providers started employing the use of ZTE modems, various modem unlockers that we used to depend on failed us as most of these new ZTE Internet modems proved difficult to unlock. Those who have Huawei Modem Unlocker are still  making use of it to unlock existing Huawei modems.
For those of us who don’t know what to unlock a modem means, here it is. When you buy a modem from a network provider like Glo, the make it in such a way that you can only use Glo SIM on it. When you unlock, you can use any other SIM from other network providers and switch whenever there is need to. I had to take that opportunity with both hands.
With DC Crap or DC Unlocker as some people would call it, you can easily unlock your Glo, MTN, Airtel and Etisalat 3G Internet modems. I have observed that it’s easier to unlock Glo 3G modems. That’s my own observation anyway.
To get started, download DC Crap Internet Modem Unlocker. It is really effective in unlocking internet modems.

Now install the software.
Launch it and you are on your way to unlocking your ZTE internet modem.
Plug-in the ZTE Internet modem you want to unlock after the completion of your DC Crap installation.
Next check the list of Manufacturers in DC Crap,
Select the make of your modem and the model
You can also use of the Auto-select option.
Tick ‘Read Unlock Code & Auto enter to Modem’
Lastly, Click ‘Do Job’.

Your unlock code will now be generated and your ZTE Internet Modem unlocked.

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR SIM CARD HAS BEEN REGISTERED ( MTN, GLO, AIRTEL, ETISALAT )

This tutorial will show you how to check if your MTN, Glo, Etisalat and Airtel SIM cards have been registered. It is short and very straight to the point.
I kept registering this particular SIM but I kept getting message from MTN that I should register my SIM. I got frustrated at some point and called MTN Customer Care to ask them how I can check if my SIM has been registered. The solution below was given and it worked.
GLOBACOM

CHECK IF YOUR GLO SIM HAS BEEN REGISTERED!

Send REG to 3456 as a message. If your line has been registered, you’ll receive a message in this format

Your SIMCARD +2348071111111 has been registered. Thank You!

MTN NIGERIA

CHECK IF YOUR MTN SIM HAS BEEN REGISTERED!

Send REG to 789 in a message. After sending the text to 789 with your MTN SIM card, you should get a reply confirming or denying that you have been registered.
If your sim have been registered, you will get a service message saying:

2348121231565 has been registered. Thank you!

Where 2348121231565 is your phone number!
I will update you on ways to check if your Airtel and Etisalat SIM cards have been registered.
Now here is the update:
There is no short code to send a message to like that of MTN and Glo:

CHECK IF YOUR AIRTEL SIM HAS BEEN REGISTERED!

At the moment you can only verify by calling 111 on your phone or by sending an email to customercare@ng.airtel.com

CHECK IF YOUR ETISALAT SIM HAS BEEN REGISTERED!

For Etisalat, you can verify your SIM card registration status by calling 200 or sending an email to care@etisalat.com.ng

How You Can Activate Airtel MicroSim On iPad 2 Nigeria For Internet Browsing

Buy an Airtel micro SIM from an Airtel office, register the SIM and wait for it to be activated. Once activated, you can insert it into the iPad for you to start
